A vehicle has broken down on the motorway, pushed out into the cold shoulder, stationary amid the streaming flow of traffic. The owners sit and wait to be towed away. I stop to speak with these frustrated travellers, conduct a brief interview, document the scene and offer to complete their journey, taking a message to its designated destination.
