Aberaeron Seafood Festival

An intervention for the Aberaeron Seafood Festival in collaboration with Bachi Performance Group, July 2004

The morning was spent offering the public a chance to name their boat and collecting maritime dreams. We kept our eyes peeled for the now famous Aberaeron Sea Monster. To help us children drew pictures of the sea monster, creating a mini gallery as the tide gradually crept up.

The afternoon included a performance that wished all a safe journey as we waded through the crowds, a last meal and the last lonely dance followed before we finally set sail – complete with umbrella formations!
