Camp an der Lahn – Invitation

We have been invited to join the Kulturtreibhaus/Camp an der Lahn, a three day workshop in Gießen organised by Gaertnerpflichten, taking place between the 12th of August and the 14th of August 2011.

A short project description and a selection of images from our recent project The eleven days of creation for the Festival of Regions 2011 in Attnang Puchheim has been posted onto the website.

TALK WALKs – Invitation

We have been invited to make a presentation at the TALK WALKs Kolloquium entitled ‘in fortbewegung’, organised by Bertram Weisshaar, Atelier Latent, and Michael Berninger and taking place in Leipzig on the 16th of September 2011.


We have been invited to lead a workshop for ‘NE TRAVAILLEZ JAMAIS! – ARBEITET NIEMALS!‘, a collaboration between the Staatstheater Stuttgart and the faculty of Philosophy at the University of Stuttgart. The project explores the concept of ‘work’ in today’s society, combining theoretical and practice-based approaches to research and artistic intervention. The workshop begins on Monday the 4th of July, and concludes with a presentation on Friday the 9th of July.

Arttours in Stuttgart

Together with a group of artists from Stuttgart and Austria we have curated a series of alternative city tours. A first taste of the tours will be offered during the ‘Flanerie Festival‘, starting on the 1st of July. Our website is currently only available in German.

X-Apartments Mannheim – Invitation

Treacle have been invited to make a contribution for the upcoming X-Apartments Mannheim, a project curated by Hebbel am Ufer in Berlin, and staged as part of Internationale Schillertage 2011. The event will take place between the 3rd and the 7th of June.
